We are looking for MALE candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years prior experience, preferably in construction and contracting industries

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the day to day camp operations

· Responsible for the allocation of rooms for workers

· Communication point between the workforce and the Human Resources Department

· Report any possible complaints or improvement points from the Accommodation site to the Human Resources Department

· Provide listening ear to workers

· Assist Human Resources in regards to transport and food arrangements in the camp and on various work sites

· Liaise with camp management and report any new policies or procedures regarding the camp to the Human Resources Department

· Provide daily camp updates in regards to room allocation

· Assist in accommodation inspections and audits

· Participate in meetings such as Workers Welfare Forums

· Provide rapid, personal response in support of emergency situations occurring both inside the camp and on working sites

· Produce verbal and written reports

· Assist workers in regards to medical situations or hospital referrals

· Arrange all site vehicles drivers as per work planning

· Prepares Daily Duty Allocation of the Labors

· Arrange and supervise camp cleanliness

· Assist in cross checking the Daily Time Record of the drivers as per planning

· Assist and prepares the Daily Duty Record of the Hired Labors

· PO Box checking

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Good in Microsoft Office software & email knowledge.
Good communication skills, Must speak English & Hindi
Valid Qatar Driving License is advantage
