would like to hire an admin assistance on a part time job.
Main resposibilities are :-
Managing employee lists
Managing employee’s related issues. such as: collecting and sending payments to employees
Talk to employees on a monthly basis.
Knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Power Point
be able to go to ministies or companies to collect and recieve documents.
arrange all documents.
Organize and create meetings, documentation, presentations
Please note that this is a part-time job.
Company requires the candidate to be able to work for 4 hours a day.
Salary is 500.00 QAR per month.
