Description

a) Follow instructions from Engineering Supervisor.

b) Daily check up of all general HVAC-refrigeration equipment/accessories.

c) Be attentive to all aspect of work.

d) Report to Engineering Supervisor regarding all maintenance work.

e) Attend to work as directed, place adequate safety/warning signs & maintain the work area clean & tidy.

f) Responsible for tools/equipment necessary for all HVAC & associated repair work.

g) Be aware of personal safety & the safety of fellow workers in accordance with the standard safety procedure.

h) Ensure that all work completed is of a professional & acceptable standard and complies with HSE standards.

i) Attend to breakdown items promptly & efficiently.

j) Assist other technicians of the department as directed/required.

k) Attend to any related work as directed/required.

l) Involve in discussion/planning of maintenance work with Engineering Supervisor.

m) Prepare materials required for maintenance task ahead of schedule to ensure task completed without interruption.

n) Must act in a responsible & respectable manner towards fellow employees & golf members at all time.

o) Maximize productivity.

p) Maintain a clean & tidy appearance at all time.

q) Minimize consumption & avoid wastage.

r) Minimize usage of CFC contained (environment hazard) refrigerants.

Desired Skills & Experience

a. Certification in HVAC and Refrigeration. b. Min. five years experienced in maintaining package ac, cold room, walk in chillers, split ac, refrigerators. c. Good team player, multiskill d. Proactive, hard working and dedicated e. Good communication skills in English. f. Age not more than 30 years.
