Description

· Work under the Operations & Financial department of MAS Group;

· Work with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers to plan the logistics and ensure the delivery timetables;

· Select transportation routes to minimize cost and meet the deadlines;

· Overseeing arrival of shipments, the ordering and packaging process;

· Tracking products to make sure they arrive at their destination;

· Ensure that goods are delivered on time and in good conditions;

· Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders;

· Maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships with current and potential suppliers;

· Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet cost, quality and delivery requirements; and

· Monitor the stock levels to avoid discrepancies.
